Statistics

This document explains the Statistics menu in Antpocket.

This area aggregates your space's inbound/outbound, stock, sales, and asset status from various angles. You can reach each item from Statistics in the left menu, and use it for business strategy, physical counts, report writing, and more.

Permissions

Most statistics can be viewed by any space member. However, the Assets area (amounts based on unit price, such as purchases and sales) is only shown to users with the View asset data (asset.view) permission from Members & Permissions.

1. Inbound/Outbound​

Page path: Statistics > Inbound/Outbound

Shows the trend of inbound/outbound quantities over a given period as a chart.

  • Filters: period, aggregation interval (day/week/month), warehouse, product
  • Use this to compare inbound and outbound on one screen and understand the overall flow.

2. Product Summary​

Page path: Statistics > Product Summary

Shows inbound, outbound, adjustment, and transfer quantities, plus closing stock, per product, as a table for the selected period.

  • Filters: period, warehouse, product search keyword, show only products with activity
  • Use this when you want to see a product's changes over a period in a single row — helpful for physical counts and month-end closing.

3. Stock Levels​

Page path: Statistics > Stock Levels

Shows the trend of stock level changes over a given period as a chart.

  • Filters: period, aggregation interval (day/week/month), warehouse, product
  • Use this to track how a specific product's or warehouse's stock has changed over time.

4. Sales by Trading Partner​

Page path: Statistics > Sales by Trading Partner

Shows outbound (sales) performance by trading partner. Sales are calculated based on outbound actions, and this consists of two sub-views.

4.1 Sales in Period​

Shows a table ranking total sales volume by trading partner for the selected period.

  • Filters: period (default: last 12 months), product
  • Use this to see which trading partner took the most.

4.2 Sales Trend​

Shows the change in sales volume by trading partner over time as a chart.

  • Filters: period, aggregation interval (day/week/month), trading partner, warehouse, product
  • Use this to compare sales trends across trading partners by period.

5. Weekly Stock Trend​

Shows recent week-by-week stock level changes as a line chart.

  • Filters: group by (total/by warehouse/by product), number of weeks shown (up to 104), top N (for the by product grouping)
  • Use this to quickly see weekly stock patterns.

6. Monthly Outbound Trend​

Shows recent month-by-month outbound changes as a bar chart.

  • Filters: group by (total/by warehouse/by product), number of months shown (up to 60), top N
  • Use this to check long-term monthly outbound flow.

7. Monthly Inbound Trend​

Shows recent month-by-month inbound changes as a bar chart.

  • Filters: group by (total/by warehouse/by product), number of months shown (up to 60), top N
  • Use this to check long-term monthly inbound flow.

8. Assets​

Shows asset info based on registered unit prices.

caution

The Assets area requires the View asset data (asset.view) permission, and only products with a unit price set are included in the totals. Enter unit prices on the register/edit product screen in Setting Up Warehouses and Products.

8.1 Purchases & Sales in Period​

Shows a table of purchase or sales amounts by product for the selected period.

  • Filters: period, purchases/sales toggle, warehouse, product search keyword
  • Use this to check purchase/sales totals based on unit price × quantity. (Purchases are based on inbound actions, and sales on outbound actions.)
