Space​

A space is your workspace in Antpocket. Every resource within a space — members, products, warehouse history, and more — is shared only within that space and can't be referenced from another space.

Space owner permissions​

Whoever created the space is the "space owner."

The space owner has the following permissions:

  • Can delete the space.
  • Can grant members specific permissions, such as data management, action management, and asset viewing.
  • Can invite and remove members.
  • Can upgrade the space's tier through payment (Business plan).

Product​

A product belongs to the customer. Products can be classified by category, and product properties can be freely configured and managed.

Warehouse​

A warehouse is where products are stored.

Trading partner​

A trading partner may be involved when a product is received (inbound) or sent out (outbound).

Action​

An action is the concept used to classify events that change inventory. There are four kinds of actions: inbound, outbound, transfer, and adjustment.

Inventory slip​

An inventory slip is a request form that contains multiple actions. Once actions are added to an inventory slip and someone with approval permission approves it, the actions are performed and inventory is updated in a batch.
