Antpocket - Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms are intended to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users, as well as the conditions and procedures for using the service and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the Antpocket service (the "Service") provided by Pparkso, Inc. (the "Company").

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect from the moment a member applies to register with the Company and the Company accepts the registration.

A member's agreement to these Terms means that the member is also responsible for ensuring that the member's own clients or partners who use the Service comply with these Terms.

The Company may amend these Terms from time to time to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization; and the Company is obligated to post the amended Terms on the website.

Amended Terms take effect on the date specifically designated, or, if no date is designated, immediately upon being posted on the website.

Any amendments to the Terms that are significantly disadvantageous to members will be notified individually to members by email or other means. If a member does not object within 72 hours of such individual notice, or continues to use the Service, the member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms; the Company is not responsible for any damage to a user arising from the user's not being aware of the amended Terms.

⑥ The meaning of any term used in these Terms that is not defined in Article 2 shall be governed by general commercial practice.

Article 4 (Services)

A member may use the Service immediately upon acceptance of registration.

Some of the Service may be used free of charge. The scope of free use is determined by the Company, and the Company may modify the scope of free use at any time.

Free services are not entitled to technical support, and the Company is not responsible for any damage to a member.

The Company may modify, suspend, or change some or all of the services provided free of charge as required by the Company's policy and operations, and shall not provide separate compensation to members for doing so.

Some services may be used only after paid payment.

The Company provides the Service based on one or more versions of internet browsers, and some or all of the Service may not function on browsers or versions outside of that baseline.

The Company may modify the Service at any time based on technical or policy judgment.

In the event of a significant modification to the Service, the Company may provide detailed guidance on added, changed, or removed features through the update board.

The Service is in principle available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended for the Company's operational or technical reasons such as regular maintenance, and may be temporarily suspended during periods designated by the Company for operational purposes. In such cases, the Company shall in principle announce the fact and duration of the temporary suspension in advance; however, where there are urgent or unavoidable circumstances that make prior announcement impossible, the Company shall announce it immediately afterward.

The Company may temporarily restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in any of the following cases: - Unavoidable cases due to construction such as maintenance of service facilities

- Where there is a disruption to normal use of the Service due to power outages, failure of facilities, or a surge in usage

- Where the Service cannot be maintained due to the Company's circumstances, such as the termination of a contract with a service provider

Article 5 (Paid Services)

Services beyond the scope of the free service may be used through paid payment. Paid services use a prepayment method and are available immediately upon confirmation of payment.

Information on the policies for paid services can be obtained through the Company's website (https://antpocket.io).

Before entering into a service use agreement, a member shall familiarize themselves in advance with the following matters announced by the Company regarding the relevant paid service, so that the member can transact accurately and without error:

# The content, price, period of use, and method of use of the service; the conditions and methods for withdrawal of subscription and cancellation; matters concerning refunds; and matters related to the selection of the paid service

# Selection of the payment method for the chosen paid service and entry of the payment information required for the selected payment method

For paid services provided on a monthly basis, one month is measured from the payment date; because a month may consist of 31, 30, 29, or 28 days, the actual service period may exceed or fall short of 30 days.

Article 6 (Withdrawal of Subscription)

Where a subscription is withdrawn for unavoidable reasons while using a paid service, the following provisions apply.

You may apply to withdraw a paid-service subscription at any time through the Service's unsubscribe function.

When you proceed with unsubscribing, the subscription is canceled on the next payment date, and normal use of the Service becomes difficult after the next payment date.

Upon withdrawal of subscription, the service fees already paid are non-refundable.

Even upon withdrawal of subscription, the Company is not obligated to return the data the member has entered; if the member wishes to preserve the data, the member must back up the data directly using functions such as the Excel download feature provided by the Service.

After a certain period following the withdrawal of subscription, the data entered by the member will be destroyed; if the member wishes for immediate destruction, the member may request it from the Company, and the Company shall make every effort to process the member's request.
